I grew up in a house with a project always underway. I rearranged my room. Drew constantly. Read comics. Made things. I’ve always used creativity to understand myself and the spaces around me.

College brought me south. High Point introduced me to American furniture. Asheville showed me the value of artists, makers, and objects made with care.

I lived in New York for nearly a decade. My work involved organizing complicated systems and making them easier for people to use. The city taught me to live with less space, find beauty in old things, and notice how a room reflects the person living in it.

Portland is home. It’s where I’ve returned to making something from nothing again.
